Random Thought #5 – If you believe God is without limits…
Question: If you believe God is limitless, where does that leave you?
Answer: In line with the Divine. The notion that we are separate from God, that we have to appease or fear God, that we are not God, is a fallacy. If we are not God, then there is something God is not. If there is something God is not, there are limits to God.
Do you believe God has limits? Or do you believe in God’s infinite love, infinite nature, infinite connectedness and abundance? Meditate on this.

Matt,
This is an interesting line of thought, and the logic behind it is actually quite convincing. My spiritual position can be best described as agnostic in the sense that I don’t think I can know much if anything about God; more importantly though, I don’t feel that it is my duty to try and figure these things out. I’m less concerned about “answers” to unanswerable questions than I am about living life and doing what I can to create love and meaning in the world around me.
That being said, I appreciate your post here because it seems to point in that positive direction that I try to aim for. You’re talking about steering the ship toward the constructive emotions that pull all things together and build up instead of poisoning the mind. That’s great stuff, and I thank you.
Keep up the great work, and pursue that dream of being a motivational speaker. You are touching on some powerful stuff here. Like I said when we met at the Insights Group networking mixer earlier tonight, you have it within you if you have the guts to get up on that stage and speak as though you do. It takes courage and wisdom to prove that you have courage and wisdom. It appears as though you have plenty of both.
